Kassandra Kaos! I wanted to do a proper manip of her as I had some time, and I wanted to do a manip. She is played by Neon over at Pantheon, I can't remember her name on here. Also since my tablet is dead, I did the mane WITH A TRACK PAD. I can't believe it turned out so well
